We are looking for a high-performing and driven Branch Sales Manager to oversee the loans business at our branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving loan sales, leading a team of loan sales executives/telecallers, managing day-to-day branch operations, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of loan products, and the ability to achieve and exceed business targets.
Drive branch-level sales of loan products such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, Loan Against Property, etc.
Achieve branch sales targets through effective lead conversion and client relationship management.
Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to acquire new customers.
Build and manage a pipeline of high-quality leads through branch walk-ins, referrals, and outbound calling.
Recruit, train, and lead a team of loan officers, relationship managers, and telecallers.
Set individual and team targets, monitor performance, and provide coaching and motivation.
Conduct daily/weekly sales huddles and performance reviews.
Ensure excellent customer service delivery through timely follow-ups, application processing, and grievance redressal.
Build long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
Ensure smooth day-to-day branch operations in coordination with operations and credit teams.
Verify that all loan applications and documentation comply with internal and regulatory guidelines.
Minimize processing delays and work closely with credit and risk teams for faster disbursements.
Maintain and present sales reports, productivity data, and branch performance metrics.
Analyze sales trends and customer feedback to recommend improvements in processes and offerings.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Experience: Minimum 4–6 years of experience in loan sales, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership/managerial role.
Industry Exposure: Banking, NBFC, or financial services industry preferred.
In-depth knowledge of retail loan products (PL, HL, LAP, BL, etc.)
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent team management and interpersonal skills
Target-oriented with a strong focus on performance metrics
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic sales environment
