Job Summary:

The Home Sales Officer is responsible for generating leads, acquiring new customers, and promoting home loan products or housing-related services. The role involves direct fieldwork, engaging with clients, understanding their housing finance needs, and helping them with the application process while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new customers for home loan products or housing services.

• Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and networking.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable home loan or housing solutions.

• Explain product features, documentation requirements, eligibility criteria, and interest rates.

• Assist clients throughout the loan application process, ensuring smooth processing and timely disbursal.

• Meet assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide post-sale support.

• Keep updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.

  Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in home loans, real estate, or financial products.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

  • Proficiency in local language(s) is often preferred.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools. every/weekly activity to the reporting manager.
