We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Broadband Sales Executive to join our team in Ujjain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling broadband internet services to individual and business customers, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Identify and generate new sales opportunities for broadband services in Ujjain and surrounding areas.
Prospect and approach potential customers through various channels (calls, emails, face-to-face meetings, and events).
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable broadband plans based on requirements.
Demonstrate the features and benefits of broadband services to customers and address any concerns.
Manage and maintain a pipeline of leads, follow up on sales opportunities, and close deals.
Provide timely and accurate sales reports and customer feedback to the management team.
Work closely with the technical and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and new broadband technologies.
Education: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Experience: Previous experience in sales, preferably in broadband or telecom, is a plus.
Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Familiarity with broadband products and services is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
Proficiency in Hindi and English.
Previous experience in direct sales or field sales is desirable.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
A good understanding of the Ujjain market and customer base will be a plus.
A valid driver’s license is preferable, as the role requires traveling across the city and nearby areas.
