We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive sales and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Present and promote company products/services to potential customers.
Negotiate and close business deals while maintaining long-term client partnerships.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of deals.
Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to management.
Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years in sales, business development, or a related role (Freshers with strong sales aptitude can also apply).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Willingness to travel if required.
