increase in customer acquisition.
Actively engaged in lead generation activities, including cold calling (online and offline) , WhatsApp
campaigns to expand the client base and enhance revenue streams.
Collaborated with the marketing in camp and marketing events.
Successfully closed new business deals with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers, securing longterm partnerships and driving substantial revenue growth.
Inside Sales Specialist 50% inside sales profile and 50% Business development profile.
Managed a high-volume sales pipeline, nurturing leads and converting prospects into paying
customers.
Optimise lead generation efforts through conducting society camp, corporate Camp.
Provide timely and accurate sales reports, data analysis, and feedback to management to drive
informed decision-making.
Conducted market analysis to identify untapped opportunities and devised strategic plans to enter
new markets successfully.
Developed and maintained relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders, resulting in a 15%
increase in repeat business.
Skills:
Proven expertise in both Business Development and Inside Sales techniques.
In-depth knowledge of the diagnostic industry, including various tests and services offered.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, adept at building and maintaining client relationships.
Proficient in CRM software and sales automation tools for efficient pipeline management.
Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets.
