Business Development Executive

Job description

Gubbacci is a uniform company and we are hiring Business Development Executives (BDE) for Field Sales. The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the business development. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have good communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospective clients

• Maintain consistent contact with existing clients

• Analyze market and establish competitive advantages

• Follow up with incoming leads via google ads and LinkedIn

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree

• Strong negotiation skills

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• CRM experience is required (We use Zoho CRM)

Salary

CTC range is 2.4 to 4.2 LPA plus variables based on relevant experience. In addition, candidates will receive additional incentives based on performance. (There is no cap on incentives)
