We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Executive to actively recruit drivers for our platform. This role requires traveling to different locations, engaging with potential drivers, and onboarding them to our network. The ideal candidate should be persuasive, target-driven, and comfortable working in the field to build strong relationships with drivers.
Visit field locations (transport hubs, parking areas, garages, etc.) to identify and approach potential drivers.
Recruit and onboard drivers by explaining the benefits of joining our platform.
Conduct face-to-face meetings to guide drivers through the registration process.
Distribute marketing materials and assist drivers with application procedures.
Achieve weekly and monthly driver recruitment targets.
Build and maintain relationships with drivers to encourage referrals.
Provide support to newly onboarded drivers and address their concerns.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and report progress to the management.
Stay updated on competitors' driver recruitment strategies and market trends.
Proven experience in field sales, driver recruitment, or a related role.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively and work in the field daily.
Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
Basic knowledge of mobile apps and digital onboarding processes.
Familiarity with the transport/logistics industry is a plus.
Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to commute.
High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, or a related field.
Experience in driver recruitment for ride-sharing, logistics, or delivery platforms.
