Job Responsibilities:

• Sell banking & third-party products to new customers

• Daily customer visits & marketing activities

• Increase deposits from existing customers & cross-sell banking services

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

• Complete training programs conducted by the bank

• Update customer interactions in the bank's CRM system

• Follow all regulatory and compliance guidelines

• Participate in various bank initiatives

Desired Skills:

• Good communication skills (English & local language)

• Strong sales & relationship management skills

• Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines

• Team player with high sales orientation

• Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings

• Must own a compatible smartphone (Android/iOS)
