Job Responsibilities:
Conducting site visits to our farmland properties to guide prospects and ensure an enjoyable experience.
Timely follow-ups with prospects to ensure each enquiry either moves ahead in the sales process.
Meeting and exceeding targets for site visits generated and conversions to bookings.
Keeping up to date with our offerings as well as competition.
Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM. Maintaining overview of all enquiries in the system to generate new site visits or to re-activate older site visit data.
Participating in events, conferences and project launches when required.
Collaborating with the operations and hospitality teams to develop, implement and improve facilities and experiences at the farms.
