The Business Development Manager will focus on promoting and expanding SME loan products, including Term Loans, Working Capital Loans, Bank Guarantees, Start-up Loans, and Bank Overdrafts. This is a field-based role involving client meetings, relationship building, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell SME loan products.
Engage in fieldwork to acquire and manage SME clients.
Advise clients on suitable loan products and guide them through the application process.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
Ensure compliance with documentation and company policies.
Report sales performance to management.
Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in business development or sales within banking/financial services.
Strong understanding of SME lending products.
Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a field-based role.
