Roles & Responsibilities:-

1) You have to build a team of advisors/Agents from your references and Generate business through team.
2) Motivate them to achieve targets.
3) For this, company will also provide training ( fully Paid).
4) On Role Job with Company payroll.
5) Fixed pay [up-to 4.00 LPA] + Lucrative Incentives.
6) Agents will be commission based on 35%
7) for this you will get incentives on per advisor activation+PF+Medical Benefits+Family Insurance+Target achievement Bonus.•

Candidate Profile:-

Age should be between 24 to 40.
Minimum Graduate.
Minimum 1+ years of experience in any field sales.
Candidates with experience in Life Insurance will be given preference.
Should be local candidate who knows the market properly.
