Job Overview:
SLMI Pest Control is looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales growth, develop business strategies, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, client acquisition, and business expansion, particularly in the pest control industry.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:

Identify and approach potential clients, including residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Develop relationships with property managers, builders, hotels, hospitals, and corporate offices.
Generate leads through networking, cold calls, and field visits.
✅ Sales & Revenue Growth:

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies for pest control services, including anti-termite treatments, cockroach control, rodent control, and general pest management.
Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring profitability.
✅ Market Research & Business Expansion:

Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
Develop innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand presence.
Collaborate with the digital marketing team for online promotions.
✅ Team Coordination & Leadership:

Work closely with the sales team, technicians, and operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Provide guidance and training to sales executives for better client engagement.
✅ Client Relationship Management:

Ensure high customer satisfaction through quality service and follow-ups.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
✅ Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain sales reports, client databases, and performance tracking.
Provide regular updates to senior management on sales progress and strategies.
Key Skills & Requirements:
✔ Minimum 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field (preferably in pest control, facility management, or service-based industries).
✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
✔ Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
✔ Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
✔ Knowledge of pest control services, treatment methods, and industry regulations is a plus.
✔ Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
✔ Own vehicle (preferred) for field visits.
