We are hiring a Cluster Collection Manager with hands-on experience in Two-Wheeler Loan collections. This is a critical & urgent role, so we’re ONLY looking for professionals who’ve handled hardcore field collections, team management, and recovery operations in the NBFC/BFSI space.

. 5+ years in Two-Wheeler loan collections (Field + Bucket Management)

. Strong grip on delinquency control & field team handling

. Experience in managing clusters/regions within Gujarat

. NBFC/BFSI collections background is a must

. Proven ability to deliver on recovery targets and manage high-volume portfolios
