Criteria For Role Farm Collection 90+ (overdue):

1. Any farm(Tractor)/Agriculture collection experience from BFSI companies will be eligible to apply.

2. Graduate & experience . Avoid Technical Education Background Candidates.

3. Good Communication Skills

4. Basic Knowledge of Loan Process & Documentation.

Job Role(FLC):

 Collection of Over Dues:

a. Follow up with the customers with an updated data report of assigned portfolio
b. Collection of money as per process for Tractor Loan
c. Depositing the money in bank
d. MERC entry
e. Assist the TM - Collections in initiating action against the defaulters

CTC : 2.60 LPA for Similar (Experience) + Incentives / ONROLL OF L&T FINANCE LIMITED

Age : Upto 32 Years

Qualification : Graduation Mandatory
