Job Title:  Customer Support Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Multilingual Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to our diverse customer base, resolving inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills in multiple languages, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and accurate customer support via phone, email, in-person, and chat in multiple languages.

  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.

  • Should Guide customers with in-person installations.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.  

  • Identify and report trends in customer issues.

  • Contribute to the development and improvement of customer support processes.

  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge.

  • Be willing to travel, as needed, to support various business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support role.

  • Fluency in multiple languages.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  

  • Proficient in using customer support software and CRM systems.  

  • Open to travel as required by the company.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to empathize with customers.

  • Strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduation in Any Field.

  • Experience with specific customer support tools and in-person skills.

 

Key Considerations:

  • Specify Languages: English Hindi,

  • Travel Policy: Heavy traveling as and when required to do so.

  • Industry Specifics: Should be from a customer support background.
