Role & responsibilities

KRA of Fielder:-

- Deliver and collect packets from clients, Couriers and Vendors

- Ensure timely signing of receiving documents from clients upon delivery of goods.

- Be formally dressed, presentable and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction during interactions.

- Understand comments from clients on fabrics, color matchings, and be knowledgeable about fabric rates.

- Try to get more orders and samples from clients.

- Collect payments and cheques from clients.

- Deposit cheques to the bank on time. Also take care of any other banking work.

- Maintain your accurate records of all financial transactions and expenses. 

- Daily write the conveyance logs and maintain record.

- Assist with handling and packing fabrics in the office.

- Perform additional tasks, whether related to fabrics or not, such as repairs, maintenance, or temporary deployment at another site.

- Support office staff to ensure smooth operations.

- Follow all traffic regulations and company policies.

- Maintain valid insurance, license, pollution control, and other government-related documents.

- Travel and drive safely.

- Drinking or being intoxicated while on duty is strictly prohibited. It may lead to instant termination.

- Return to the office on time once work is completed.
