Job Description: Field Work Debt Recovery Agent Company: Pivotal Management Location: Vidisha Madhya Pradesh Salary: ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month Key Responsibilities: 1. Debt Recovery: - Visit borrowers to recover overdue payments as per company policies. - Persuade and negotiate with customers for timely repayments. 2. Documentation & Reporting: - Maintain accurate records of daily field visits and payments collected. - Submit detailed reports to the management regarding recovery progress. 3. Customer Interaction: - Address customer queries and concerns during recovery processes. - Provide information regarding repayment plans and consequences of defaults. 4. Field Work: - Conduct site visits to customers' premises as assigned. - Verify the authenticity of borrowers and ensure proper communication. Requirements: - Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass or graduate. - Prior experience in fieldwork or recovery will be an advantage. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. - Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and a personal vehicle.
