Designation : Customer Retention Officer
Department : Member Service- Collection
Job Roles & Responsibilities of CRO:
•
Responsible for managing NPA Clients & Support for 31-90 DPD Clients
•
He/she shall meet the arrear members for repayments/arrear clearance/loan closure independently.
•
physically revisit the members on the PTP (Promise to Pay) dates committed by members.
•
Try to convert members for digital collections using Sampark App SMS link/BBPS
•
Awareness on the importance of Credit Bureau (CB)
•
Impact of defaulting loans
•
Benefits of re-payments like getting higher ticket size loans
•
Issue an e-receipt for every arrear collection.
•
Tallying of cash at branch with the Sampark app collection summary
•
Hand over of cash and daily cash collection sheet to BCM and retaining a copy for the future reference.
•
Updation of Collection/disposition/PTP dates of their visits in Sampark App/Collection App
•
Link to be shared through Sampark app for clients ready to make digital payment.
