Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Field Executive – Real Estate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in real estate fieldwork, including property visits, client coordination, and market research. This role requires a self-motivated individual with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to various properties, verify site conditions, and collect relevant data.

• Coordinate property inspections and guide potential clients during site visits.

• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, buyers, and tenants.

• Assist in property documentation, agreement signings, and legal formalities.

• Conduct market research to analyze property trends, pricing, and competition.

• Generate leads and follow up with clients to close deals.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies.

• Ensure proper coordination between clients, developers, and internal teams.

• Maintain accurate records of field activities, client interactions, and transactions.

• Handle any on-ground operational tasks related to property listings and transactions.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.

• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales, leasing, or field operations.

• Skills:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Good knowledge of local real estate market trends.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (preferred).

  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
