1. Debt Recovery: Recover debts from defaulting customers through phone calls, emails, and personal visits.
2. Customer Communication: Communicate with customers to negotiate payment plans and resolve disputes.
3. Skip Tracing: Conduct skip tracing activities to locate customers who have defaulted on payments.
4. Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on recovery activities and progress.
5. Compliance: Ensure that all recovery activities are carried out in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
