📍 Location: Hyderabad (Field-based for Executives)

📆 Work Schedule: 6 days a week

🔹 Field Executive – Role & Responsibilities

As a Field Executive, your role will involve:

✅ Identifying and onboarding individuals who are a good fit for the job

✅ Managing partner retention and engagement

✅ Gaining hands-on experience in ground-level operations

📌 Requirements:

✔ Fluent in Telugu or Urdu & Hindi (Basic English is a plus)

✔ Street-smart, hardworking & proactive

✔ Comfortable working 10-hour shifts, 6 days a week

✔ Must own a two-wheeler for field travel

✔ Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month + Target-based incentives
