Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Field Officer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for on-ground tasks such as client verification, document collection, follow-ups, coordination with the back-office team, and ensuring smooth file processing and recovery operations. Key Responsibilities: Visit customers for file collection, verification, and documentation. Coordinate with clients for pending documents or signatures.Conduct physical verifications (address, vehicle, etc.) as required.Handle field collections and follow up on EMI defaults or dues.Support the sales and back-office teams by completing field-related tasks on time.Submit daily reports on field visits and updates to the reporting manager.Ensure timely PDD (Post Disbursement Document) clearance.Assist in insurance formalities, RTO works, and other compliance processes.Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 10th/12th pass; graduate preferred.Basic understanding of finance or loan processes is an advantage.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Two-wheeler and valid driving license mandatory.Must be punctual, honest, and responsible.Salary & Benefits:Competitive fixed salary based on experience.Incentives based on performance and collections.Fuel reimbursement for field travel.Opportunity for growth within the organization.
