Role Overview – Field Marketer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to potential and existing clients to generate leads and promote services.

• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships through face-to-face interactions.

• Promote and represent DotBrand Advertising’s services, explaining the benefits of our offerings to prospective clients.

• Organize and participate in marketing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

• Conduct surveys and collect valuable customer feedback to improve marketing strategies.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and customer acquisition.

• Provide regular updates and feedback to the sales and marketing teams regarding market trends and client needs.

• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, leads, and follow-ups using CRM software.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field is a plus.

• 2-4 years of experience in field marketing, sales, or customer-facing roles, preferably within the digital marketing or advertising industry.

• Proven track record of successfully generating leads and building client relationships in the field.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to engage clients and prospects in face-to-face interactions, demonstrating the value of services.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Self-motivated, with a passion for achieving sales and marketing goals.

• Ability to work independently, while also collaborating with team members.

• Knowledge of local market trends and customer behavior.

• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
