Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Geek Acquisition Specialist cum Sales Coordinator to lead the onboarding of IT professionals (Geeks) and support the sales team in partner and client coordination. You will be the bridge between our platform and the vibrant community of IT engineers, ensuring a steady and quality-driven pipeline of Geeks while supporting daily sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Geek Acquisition:
• Identify, approach, and onboard freelance IT engineers and small IT service providers.
• Drive acquisition campaigns in Hyderabad and Tier-1/Tier-2 cities.
• Conduct product demos, explain platform benefits, and guide Geeks through onboarding.
• Build a strong community of Geeks and act as their point of contact.
2. Sales Coordination:
• Assist the sales and marketing team with backend coordination, data collation, and reporting.
• Follow up with interested partners, resellers, and training institutes.
• Schedule meetings, maintain CRM data, and track lead conversions.
• Support virtual and on-ground events for outreach and engagement.
Key Requirements:
• 2–4 years of experience in inside sales, partner management, or community acquisition.
• Must have prior experience in the IT infrastructure or hardware/service industry.
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
• Experience with CRM tools, Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs), and basic Excel reporting.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
• Comfortable with field visits when required (Hyderabad-focused).
