Job Description: Field Sales Executive – B2B Sales (IT Hardware)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on B2B sales of IT hardware products, build strong client relationships, and contribute to our business growth. A basic understanding of IT hardware devices is required, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential B2B customers, including SMEs, corporate businesses, and other organizations.
Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Product Knowledge: Present and demonstrate IT hardware products (e.g., laptops, desktops, servers, printers, networking devices) to clients effectively.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Market Research: Keep track of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.
Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, updates, and forecasts to management.
On-Site Visits: Conduct regular field visits to meet clients, deliver presentations, and close sales deals.
Coordination: Work closely with the internal team for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
Requirements:
Experience: 1-2 years of field sales experience in B2B sales (IT hardware or related field preferred).
Education: Minimum of a diploma or bachelor's degree.
Skills:
Basic understanding of IT hardware products and solutions.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Other: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month + performance-based incentives.
