Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in selling business loans within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector. You will be responsible for sourcing clients, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new customers for business loans through various channels (field visits, references, cold calling, etc.)

• Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and processing timelines to clients.

• Conduct preliminary credit assessments and collect necessary documentation.

• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business and referrals.

• Coordinate with credit, operations, and disbursal teams to ensure smooth loan processing.

• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitors, and products.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales of business loans (preferred BFSI/NBFC experience).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.

• Knowledge of local markets and client segments.

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: B.Com/BBA/MBA
