Salary structure:

BDE: CTC 2.28LPA(0-1 yr exp in any sales role)

SO: CTC 2.56LPA(Min 1 yr sales exp mandatory,Preferred BFSI)

AM Sales: CTC 3.36 LPA (Min 2 yrs BFSI sales exp mandatory)

Incentives and Other Benefits are additional.

  Candidate should be well versed with Hindi & English and should have good communication skills

  Candidate should be presentable and smart

  It is preferred that the candidate has a 2 wheeler

  Role Definition / Expectation:

o   0.6-1 year experience (field experience preferred)

  Officer Sales2 :

o   1-2 years of experience (field experience preferred)

o   It is preferred that the candidate has banking exposure

  AM Sales :

o   2 years + of experience (field experience preferred)

o   Candidate must have banking /BFSI exposure

o   Candidate should have basic knowledge of CASA, KYC involved, etc.

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria –  ASA

Min graduate in any steam  

Age-below 27 years  and experienced with reliving 28years

Work Experience 0-9 months  

Should not have any relatives working with Axis Bank or in any program affiliated with

the Bank

Should not have any pending legal cases in any court of law  

Should have valid DL and Two-wheeler

Should be staying within 10km radius of the allocated Branch

Should have PAN card, Aadhaar Card
