Field Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably from the financial services or telecom sector. The role involves direct field sales, client relationship management, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients through field visits, cold calling, and lead generation strategies.

• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and competitive advantages to prospects.

• Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Prepare daily/weekly reports and update CRM tools as required.

• Attend product training and participate in regular team meetings and performance reviews.Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of field sales experience in sectors like Insurance, Banking, NBFC, or Broadband.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Age: Preferably not exceeding 37 years.

  • Must own a two-wheeler (if applicable) and a valid driving license.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer skills is a plus.
