We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our sales team. The role involves setting and achieving sales targets, coaching sales agents, and developing strategies for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and lead sales agents.
Develop and execute sales strategies.
Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve and surpass goals.
Manage client relationships and resolve issues.
Stay updated on insurance trends and regulations.
Monitor and report on sales metrics and outcomes.
Identify areas for improvement and implement training programs.
Provide training and development for the team.
Continuously assess and enhance the sales team’s skills
Requirement:
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: min. 2 year in filed sales
Must be local candidate
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to lead a sales team.
