• Customer Acquisition: Source and acquire gold loan customers at their doorsteps.

• Target Achievement: Meet and convert assigned leads to achieve monthly targets.

• Gold Appraisal and Verification: Appraise gold ornaments and verify KYC at the customer’s location.

• Territory Travel: Travel within the assigned territory for loan disbursement as per process.

• Lead Generation: Generate leads through existing customers and database.

• Revenue Generation: Achieve productivity and revenue goals.

• Relationship Building: Build long-term relationships with HNI customers for future business.

• Grievance Coordination: Handle customer issues related to disbursement, process, etc., by coordinating with stakeholders.
