Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development:

   • Identify and target potential clients, ( Nearest PGs, College Hostels, Gated Societies, Bachelor apartments, small scale ironing vendors).

2. Client Relationship Management:

   • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

   • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs, providing product information, and offering solutions.

   • Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or needs.

3. Product Knowledge:

   • Develop in-depth knowledge of laundromat services

4. Sales Presentations:

   • Conduct laundromat demos and presentations to prospective clients.

5. Sales Process Management:

   • Track all leads, opportunities, and client interactions using excel sheet

   • Collaborate with the marketing and service teams to ensure closing the contracts

6. Negotiation and Closing Deals:

   • Negotiate terms and prices with clients, aiming for mutually beneficial agreements.

   • Close sales deals and ensure follow-up for installation and after-sales support.

7. After-Sales Support:

   • Coordinate with store staff to ensure timely delivery

   • Address any client issues post-sale and work team to resolve it immediately
