Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales executives
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve IndiaMART targets
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Analyze sales performance and market trends
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Manage team performance, provide training and coaching
Requirements:
- 3+ years sales experience on IndiaMART or similar platforms
- Proven track record of sales success and team leadership
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Desirable:
- Experience in B2B sales
- Knowledge of digital marketing
- Familiarity with CRM software
