Job Title: Field Sales Executive (SE)

Job Description

You will be responsible for New Customer Acquisition by identifying prospects, calling them to make a pitch, setting up a meeting for giving product demos & closing deals with customers for Busy Accounting Software. You are results-driven, and excited about growing the market share of Busy Accounting Software alongside a fast-growing team

●             Responsible for achieving targets for

Ø  New Customer Acquisition

Ø  Adequate Sales Funnel with Hot & Warm Prospects

Ø  No. of Calls & Demos Per Day

●             Daily reporting of performance parameters

Ø  Update daily sales report related data in CRM / XL sheets

●             Acquire detailed product knowledge and ability to give detailed product demo

●             Execute the sales promotion activities

●             Meet customers physically for giving demos and closing deals. Hence traveling will be required.

●             Ensure time commitments in customer appointments.

Skill Sets / Requirements

●             Good verbal & written communication skills

●             Ability to understand the business & requirements of the customers

●             Good team player & high integrity.

●             Qualification

Ø  B.Com Graduates

●             Relevant Experience

Ø  1 - 3 year in direct sales

Location - Mira Road (Near Railway Station)

Working - 6 Days (Mon to Sat)

Salary    - 1.8 to 3 lacs + incentives
