Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Telesales Executive to handle inbound customer calls, answer queries, and close sales deals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong passion for sales and customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer calls and respond to queries
- Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
- Close sales deals and meet sales targets
- Upsell and cross-sell products to customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve sales performance

Requirements:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in a Telesales or Customer Service role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Age: 19-26 years old
