Field Sales Executive

Opus Industries is looking for an experienced and results-driven Field Sales Executive with a background in building materials sales. The ideal candidate should have a strong network within the construction industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to generate and close sales with builders, contractors, and dealers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients, including builders, contractors, architects, and dealers.

• Promote and sell AAC blocks, explaining their benefits over traditional construction materials.

• Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into customers.

• Conduct field visits and establish strong relationships with customers.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

• Gather market intelligence on competitor products, pricing, and strategies.

• Provide customers with technical support and product demonstrations.

• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

• Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales of building materials (AAC blocks, cement, bricks, tiles, or related products).

• Strong network and existing relationships in the construction industry.

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.

• Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi preferred.
