Field Sales Executive Company Name:- Berger Paint Location:- Ludhiana  Position Overview:-Individuals in this role will be working with business stakeholders like End Customers, Painting Contractors, Berger Dealers/retailers and Influencers. Key task of this role is to engage with customers having requirements like painting, waterproofing, wood coating etc. Includes traveling; relationship building and maintaining rapport with the influencers and convincing them for product lifting. Functional Responsibilities:-Attending the company generated service requirement leads Converting and servicing these leads with the help of a site supervisorDeveloping new best quality painting contractors to work on these leads and maintaining relationship with existing XP Painting ContractorsExplain about Berger products to potential customers/contractors and convince them to purchase Berger Education Qualification:- 10+2  Required Experience/Skills:-Interpersonal skills, Convincing Skills, Communication skillsKnowledge and experience of sales in paints and building material industry is an added advantage Preference for candidates from Paint Companies / Painting services Companies/ Building materials:-Asian Paints/ Nerolac/ Dulux/ Urban Company/ Livespace/ Homelane/ Aapkapainter/ Cements/ Electricals/ Pipes/ Hardware/ Paytm/ Airtel Broadband/ Phonepay/ Gpay(Any Field Sales Related jobs) FMCG Sector.Ready to travel within city and having two-wheeler along with driving license is mandatory. Minimum 6 months of experience in sales required. Bike and License Mandatory.Career Growth:-Performers may be offered on-roll positions in the company as and when any are available subject to their meeting qualifying criteria and clearing any tests that are required.
