P.)Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and engaged Field Sales Executive to boost our sales by reaching our current and potential clients.Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the financial industry (Banking, Corporate DSA, or NBFC) and a strong understanding of loan products and financial services. This role involves generating leads, acquiring new customers, and building long-term relationships with clients to drive business growth.Key Responsibilities:• Identify and acquire new customers through direct sales and field visits.• Promote and sell loan products, including Secured Loans (HL, LAP) and Unsecured Loans (PL, BL).• Generate leads and follow up on potential clients to meet sales targets.• Conduct KYC verification, loan file login, and documentation for loan processing.• Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and financial institutions.• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and customer support.• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.Requirements :• Education: Any Graduate• Experience: Minimum 1+ years in Banking, NBFC, or Corporate DSA sales• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of loan products, KYC norms, and documentation• Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and client relationship management• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills• Mobility: Willingness to travel within the assigned territoryPreference:Preferred candidates from the financial industry like: Banking, Corporate DSA, and NBFC.Warm Regards,HR Mayank SinghParker’s Consulting & Ventures Pvt.
