Key Responsibilities:

✅ Sales & Target Achievement:

• Meet and exceed monthly & annual sales targets for health and life insurance products.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure policy renewals & upselling.

• Generate leads and convert them into successful policy sales.

✅ Client Meetings & Visits:

• Conduct client meetings & visits to understand their insurance needs and offer suitable solutions.

• Provide personalized consultations and explain policy benefits, terms, and coverage.

✅ Policy & Claims Assistance:

• Assist clients in policy issuance, renewals, and claim processing.

• Ensure smooth coordination between clients and the insurance company for any concerns.

✅ Market Research & Strategy:

• Stay updated with insurance industry trends & competitor offerings.

• Identify new market opportunities and strategize for business growth.

✅ Technical & Administrative Work:

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and follow-ups using CRM/software.

• Utilize computer knowledge (Excel, Word, email handling, etc.) for reporting and documentation.

Requirements:

✔️ Experience in health & life insurance sales preferred.
✔️ Strong communication & negotiation skills.
✔️ Target-driven with the ability to work under pressure.
✔️ Basic computer proficiency (Excel, CRM, Email, etc.).
✔️ Willingness to travel for client meetings & visits.
