Job Overview:

We are hiring enthusiastic and self-driven Credit Card Sales Freshers for Bangalore. This role involves a dynamic mix of 50% sales and 50% fieldwork, where you’ll be actively promoting credit card products and engaging with potential customers directly in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell credit card products to new customers

• Conduct field visits to meet leads and prospects

• Clearly explain credit card benefits, features, and eligibility criteria

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

• Maintain good customer relations and provide excellent after-sales service

• Submit daily reports and updates to the reporting manager

Key Requirements:

• Languages: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada

• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license

• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to work on the field

• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

• Freshers welcome; training will be provided
