Field Sales Executive

- Job Purpose: Provide guidance to customers, coordinate painting work, and offer in-store consultancy

Key Responsibilities

1. Approach customers, understand their painting requirements, and pitch relevant services

2. Conduct site evaluations, measurements, and provide product consultancy

3. Coordinate with contractors, track potential sites, and maintain customer details

4. Visit customer sites for supervision and closure

5. Fill daily work reports and share with the team leader

Requirements

1. Qualifications: Graduate (any stream) with minimum 50% marks, age less than 25 years, male, Indian citizen

2. Previous Experience: Not required, but sales or services experience in construction, paint, or allied industries is desirable

3. Functional Competencies: Fluency in English, Hindi, and local language, excellent communication and people skills

4. Behavioral Competencies: Willingness to work in a retail environment, follow grooming and etiquette standards, and develop a healthy working environment

5. Additional Requirements: Two-wheeler with valid driving license, android phone with operating system above version 5
