Experience : - minimum 6 months marketing experience in •Welding electrodes or any industrial marketing ( Gearing , Bearing, Grease, Lubricant and any tooling)

Qualification :- Graduation & Diploma in Mechanical.

•Job and Responsibilities :-

• We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Assistant Manager to join our Sales Engineering team.

• Candidate should have bike and laptop.

1. Assist in managing the sales engineering team, providing guidance and mentorship.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to develop and execute sales strategies.

3. Develop and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to customers.

4. Conduct site visits, assessments, and evaluations to understand customer requirements.

5. Design and implement tailored solutions to meet customer needs.

6. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.

7. Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

8. Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies.

9. Develop and manage sales engineering processes and procedures.

10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and competitor activity.
