Field Sales Executive

Field sales officer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Proactively generate new leads in the open market through various channels, including networking, referrals, cold calling, field visits, and other creative methods.

• Customer Engagement: Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to individuals by explaining the benefits and features of personal loan products.

• Sales Conversion: Convert leads into sales by presenting the right loan products, assisting with loan applications, and guiding customers through the loan approval process.

• Market Research: Continuously monitor the market for trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to better position our products.

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.

• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, maintaining a high level of sales performance and efficiency.

• Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all necessary documentation for loan applications is accurately collected and submitted. Comply with all regulatory and company policies and procedures.

• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM system. Provide regular reports on sales performance to the sales manager.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in financial products (personal loans, insurance, etc.)

• Strong ability to generate leads and close sales

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently

• Ability to understand and explain financial products and services

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

• Prior experience in open market sales and field sales is a plus

• A valid driver’s license (if travel is required) and the ability to visit clients in the field

Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
