We are seeking a Home Loan Sales Executive who will work directly at our project site. In this role, you will interact with potential home buyers visiting the site, provide them with detailed information about home loan options, and assist them through the entire loan application process. You will also generate leads, build relationships with customers and real estate agents, and help close home loan deals to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with Prospective Buyers: Meet and assist potential home buyers visiting the project site, offering them tailored home loan solutions based on their needs.
Loan Application Support: Guide customers through the home loan process, helping them understand requirements and complete necessary documentation.
Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Actively generate new leads through direct interaction with visitors, and follow up on inquiries to convert leads into successful loan closures.
Relationship Building: Build lasting relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other partners to foster trust and encourage repeat business.
Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by closing home loan applications.
Requirements:
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in real estate or home loan sales.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Knowledge of home loan products and the ability to assess customers' financial needs.
Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and work towards achieving targets.
