Job Summary:

We are hiring a Field Sales Executive to drive sales and build strong relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and dealers in the construction sector. The candidate must have a bike and be ready for extensive field travel within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit construction sites, contractors, and dealers regularly to promote and sell construction-related products (e.g., cement, steel, tiles, waterproofing, electricals, etc.)

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads from the field

• Develop strong relationships with builders, engineers, project managers, and purchase heads

• Explain product features, technical specifications, and advantages to clients

• Ensure product visibility and brand promotion at retail counters and sites

• Coordinate with the back office, logistics, and accounts team for smooth deliveries and payments

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; Graduate preferred

• Prior field sales experience in construction or building material industry is a plus

• Must have a two-wheeler with valid driving license

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good knowledge of the local area and construction ecosystem

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently

• Basic knowledge of construction materials or willingness to learn
