Roles and Responsibilities:

• Focus on selling products and services to potential customers within the assigned territory.

• Regularly travel within the assigned region to engage with target customers and maintain client relationships.

• Identify customer needs and explore opportunities to offer suitable solutions.

• Clearly explain how the offerings can bring financial or professional value to the client.

• Schedule meetings and conduct product/service demonstrations to encourage recurring purchases or subscriptions.

• Act as a brand ambassador during all customer and prospect interactions.

• Generate new sales leads within the assigned area.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of current and potential customers in a database or CRM system.

• Handle multiple customer accounts efficiently while building and maintaining strong relationships.

• Strive to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

• Prepare regular sales updates and reports for the reporting manager.

• Ensure CRM tools are updated consistently with all relevant customer and sales information.

• Follow up with customers for advance and balance payments as needed.

• Attend relevant trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to represent the organization and generate leads.
