Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Market Expansion

• Identify and onboard distributors and retailers (kirana/general trade stores) in Mumbai.

• Develop and execute beat plans to cover a set number of retail outlets daily (30-40 shops/day).

• Ensure proper placement, visibility, and replenishment of Shahnaaz Masala products at retail points.

• Secure orders from retailers and coordinate deliveries through distributors.

• Expand market reach by identifying and opening new retail outlets and distributor partnerships.

2. Sales Targets & Performance

• Achieve monthly sales targets and drive market penetration.

• Generate repeat orders from existing retailers and maintain strong follow-ups.

• Work towards increasing sales volume and market share for Shahnaaz Masala spices.
