Job Description
1. Conduct presale demos and explain all product applications to doctors and how this product will help them with their work.
2. After the demo regularly visit the customer place and meet doctors and other supporting staff and solve their queries regarding application support.
3. Training Channel partner application team.
4. Assisting Customers and Service Engineers during product installation and product validation runs.
5. After the installation of the product provides training to doctors and nursing staff of the respective hospitals.
6. Timely visit customer places and meet end users. Doctors verify if they are facing any difficulty using the product or have any service issues and help them resolve all their problems.
7. Always maintain a healthy relationship with customers by providing continuous support and quick solutions to their problems. Develop regional strategic plans to meet revenue profitability & market penetration goals.
8. Develops & maintains relationships with new & existing customers KOLs & industry leaders.
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Diploma, BE- Biomedical, Graduate, BSc, BBA, MBA. Prior experience in a sales or marketing role in the medical device industry of Critical care range especially of ICU Ventilators and Anesthesia workstation products.
Good team-leading skills and interpersonal skills
