Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Executive located in Pune. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with clients, and presenting our services. They will also need to negotiate contracts, build and maintain client relationships, and ensure client satisfaction. Field work will also involve visiting housing societies and builders to understand their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Qualifications
Experience in lead generation, client meetings, and sales presentations
Strong negotiation and contract management skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Experience in the real estate or co-operative housing sector is a plus
Fluency in English and Marathi is preferred
