Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to expand our B2B network and promote our travel services among travel agents and partners. The ideal candidate should have a passion for travel, strong communication skills, and prior experience in B2B travel sales. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹35000 - ₹45000 and prospects of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell our B2B travel packages and services (Hotels, Transfers, Tours, Activities etc.) to travel agents and partners
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new B2B clients
Identify new sales opportunities and onboard potential travel agents
Achieve monthly sales targets and generate revenue growth
Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth service delivery
Attend travel trade fairs, networking events, and training sessions as required
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular sales reports
Job Requirements:
Candidates with Graduate and 1-3 years of experience in the sales field can apply for this role.
Strong understanding of DMC operations and travel products
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and handle client queries efficiently
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
