As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for driving business growth, acquiring new clients, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on leads to acquire new clients for business loans.

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.

• Understand client requirements and provide tailored business loan solutions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Assist clients in the loan application process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.

• Provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline activities to management.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (business loan experience is preferred).

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage with clients at all levels.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.

• Knowledge of financial products and business loan processes is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
